Having rooted for the Lakers since 1960, and having to listen, on the radio, (local TV blackouts) to us lose to Boston every year, I can't hate worse than the Celtics. At least I got to listen to Chicky.

When Shaq went to the Heat we lived in Jacksonville, Florida, having retired there, so I rooted for Shaq's team. That was the last time. But with all the egotistical folderol around 'The Big Three' I have to root for anyone who is playing against the Heat--no matter who.

Hate to admit it, but I actually rooted for the hated Celtics. It was a tough thing to swallow. OK, I'll go sit in a corner.
