In Tiftonia TN on Brown's Ferry Road (Near Chattanooga off 24) Is an Exxon with 89 grade e free. The pump is off by itself and it is clearly marked as not an exxon product. They are maybe looking to go to 93 grade, but for right now it is 89 grade. They do charge about 10 cents more per gallon

Thanks Maliburunner -- isn't that a "Hi-Tech" brand station? They've been popping up in the area, with both E10 and E-free available. I've been using one in Harrison, but found another one closer to my route, on US64 in Cleveland, about 2 miles in (westboung) on the Cleveland bypass. Official adddress from the receipt: Hi Tech Express #6 2293 APD 40 Cleveland TN
(I have no idea what "APD 40" is supposed to mean but that's what it says) All of the "Hi Tech" brand stations I've seen have worked this way, with a pump for E0 and another for E-free. And yes, it's real gas :-)

The Eagle Express station on 2902 North Ocoee Street in Cleveland TN offers ethanol-free gas as an option according to the labeling on their pumps.
But it makes me wonder if it is truly genuine because the ethanol-free gas is not too much more expensive than the ethanol gas.

Beware.. Tennessee law requires you post the E-10 stickers on dispensers with ethanol but No one is enforcing it. I have found several stations who have E-10 and have huge signs NO ETHANOL. and yes they are charging higher prices when your getting ethanol gas. How I know this. 1 I own a convenience store and often my loads are split from the same compartment in a tanker with a "non ethanol" store and trust me mine is E-10 2. I have run non ethanol in my car quite a bit and I get 26.2 MPG. On E-10 I get 24.1. so I know there are places doing just this.

South Pittsburg/Kimball have at least four stations with signs outside stating "No Ethanol".
1) At I24 exit 152 the fireworks place on the left coming from the interstate. 2) Kanku in South Pittsburg, 100 S Cedar Ave & 1st St 3) Lotto Mart in South Pittsburg on the east side of US 72, 519 E 12th St near US-72. 4) Rudders Market in South Pittsburg at the stateline on old US 72, 2075 S Cedar Ave near 21st St
Three of the four are in the Gas Buddy database. The fireworks place is not. Rudders is the least expensive.

Almost forgot-- another east TN source is "Zeke's" on US 11E in Johnson City, just about a mile north of the entrance to I-26 on the west side of the road. It's become my regular git-home fillup station when coming back from Virginia.

Came through on a trip west to Nashville and then down into Mississippi last week. Got some new sources. __KNOXVILLE/EAST: Spring Hill Market, 5016 Rutledge Pike (34/4 mile from exit 392B) (Good price too- it was 3.64) __NASHVILLE/EAST: (Lebanon): Wilson Co-Op, 107 Babb Drive (just off the US70 bypass). Kind of a farmer's co-op, with 24-hour access via cards at the pumps. E-free. -- Four miles west toward Nashville on 70, there's Franklin's Market advertising "No Ethanol" on their sign. Coming the other way it would be 2 miles east of the I40 exchange for TN109. 18.7 miles from the exchange for the Briley. __SOUTH/WEST OF NASHVILLE
LEXINGTON: Cemar's post of last June CONFIRMED for Fisher's Grocery. Official address is 20400 Highway 412. Still no ethanol :-)
Parsons: Tennesse Avenue North (US641/TN69 just north of Parsons) on west side of road, looks like a former Texaco, sign seen for "no ethanol". Price looked cheaper than Fisher's. Got all the way through Tennessee and never touched a drop of alcohol. (well, at least the car didn't...)

Clarification: the Kanku's mentioned below is at 4408, with the choices on the pump of E10 or E-free. E-free is five cents more. And of course the more prices go up in general, the less a five cent difference makes. At today's prices E-free here is 2% more, so it makes no sense to buy it, even if you DO buy the fake lab test results. And across the street from this station is a fully-branded Exxon, which also notes "no ethanol" on big signs on the pumps. Probably the same owner and hence the other address listed (4345). Could not find their street address on the building. NEITHER of these stations has anything remotely resembling windshield washer squeegees or even water. So you may escape ethanol but you have to wear your road salt.

I came across another site resource for the Chattanooga area: in here A nice map with pins and usually dates of last update. Many of the dates are months old but it should offer some leads at least. According to its info the Kanku station (East Chattanooga) I listed last month is listed as:
Exxon Kanku's 4345 Highway 58 Harrison, TN 37416 -- however Google finds another listing at 4408 Highway 58, Chattanooga. Neither one seems to be in this site's MSL so I'm not sure.

Bad news and good news in the SE corner (Chattanooga and east) Came through today-- the aforementioned Phillips 66, 1699 Highway 64, Benton, AND Calfee's on the north side of US64 just west of Benton, have both gone to eth-lab hell. Ethanol in all grades. :-(
However closer to Chattanooga on TN153 (exit 4 off I-75, north on 153, then exit 5A, turn right) is "Kanku's Hi-Tech Fuel", clearly and plainly selling both E10 *and* pure gas from the same pump-- you just punch whichever one you want, but it's clearly marked as such: "100% Gasoline". Both are 87 octane and the E10 is a nickel cheaper (today's price was 2.56 for E10 and 2.61 for E0).

I think I've found it. MSL #101545, it's listed as "Antioch, TN". I know that's greater Nashville but essential for pinpointing it here. Great info Gene, thanks!

Carter County (far east TN): Stateline Market, 1876 Highway 19E Bypass (Citgo) in Elizabethton- no ethanol, and advertised as such on the road sign. Right side of the road going south.
It looks like more of a bait and tackle shop-slash C-store. The pumps are not obvious from the road- they're in the back. There are presumably other outlets in this area, especially Citgo.
