Do you mean a right hand drive like the English? The answer is yes look at the picture of me and you will see such a car. It is a bit odd to drive a rhd car in the US the visibility is not so good. But it is much odder to drive a rhd car in England!

DOH! Who'd want passengers driving the car? Back seat drivers are bad enough!!
Is it still a passenger side if that's where the steering wheel is? Or are the pedals still on the left side so it takes two to tango??
Just a thought. :)

I most certainly have, in fact I used to own one when I resided in England for two years, a 1956 Ford Poplar.

No, but I have not driven outside North America and am not old enough to have driven here when we followed Britsh road rules and right hand drive. That ended around 1947.

It is easier to say right hand drive and it is more conventional to speak in that term. And the answer is yes. The care pictured with me in the driver's seat is a 1928 Bentley and it is a right hand drive and it is the only car that I have ever driven up to this point with a right hand drive.
I thought it would be difficult to drive a rhd car in the US but the rest of the '28 Bentley was so different from modern cars that I hardly noticed it.

That doesn't make sense- whichever side the steering wheel is on makes that the driver's side...
